Bryan Leonard

Bryan Leonard is the Co-Founder of Qira, working across product, systems, and applied AI infrastructure as part of the team building Qira’s intelligence organization layer for the AI economy.

His work focuses on turning emerging ideas in AI, verification, and coordination into usable systems — connecting software, data, tools, evidence, and real-world operations.

At Qira, he works across the company’s product ecosystem, including Flows, Ledger, QEV, AEX, Oort, and Phoenix Traffic Intelligence, with a focus on systems architecture, product development, integrations, and deployment.

Together with Brandyn Leonard’s work in model research, network dynamics, and adaptive intelligence, his work helps bridge Qira’s research and its applied systems — building toward infrastructure where intelligence can be organized, measured, verified, and used more effectively.
